By accessing or using TablesTap's restaurant management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable GST regulations.
TablesTap provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for restaurant management including:
Restaurant owners are responsible for: maintaining accurate menu and pricing information, ensuring correct GST registration details (GST number, FSSAI licence), managing staff access responsibly, and complying with all applicable Indian food safety and tax regulations.
Customers must provide accurate booking information including valid name and Indian mobile number. Booking fees paid through Razorpay are subject to the restaurant's refund policy.

All online payments are processed by Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making payments through our platform, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. TablesTap is not responsible for payment failures or disputes arising from Razorpay's services.
TablesTap is a technology platform facilitating restaurant operations. We are not liable for: food quality or safety at partner restaurants, disputes between restaurants and customers, GST filing errors by restaurant owners, payment failures by third-party payment processors, or service disruptions due to force majeure events.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Restaurant owners whose accounts are terminated will lose access to dashboard features but their GST records will be retained as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation within 30 days.
